Monster Energy Company is suing the company behind a line of coffee shots for allegedly infringing its UNLEASH THE BEAST! and other trademarks with packaging, promotions, and other materials.
Monster is alleging Dyla LLC infringed a host of its registered “BEAST-inclusive” marks via materials associated with its line of FORTO Coffee Shots, in a U.S. District Court for the Central District of California lawsuit. Monster said Dyla’s use of the marks UNLEASH THE BEAST and ENTERING BEAST MODE marks are being used in a way “confusingly similar to Monster’s BEAST Marks.”
