Monster Energy Co. and the producers of 4monster-branded outdoor gear are ending a trademark suit that had been revived by the Ninth Circuit.
In a joint notice filed Tuesday, Monster and Chinese firms Jiangsu Sitouguai Industry Co. and Changzhou Haige Microfiber Textile Co. told the US District Court for the Southern District of California they’ve reached a settlement and will file to dismiss the suit once the agreement’s conditions have been met.
