Monster Energy Continues Bid to Cancel ‘Loch Moose Monstah’ Mark

Monster Energy Co. must continue with Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings in its bid to oppose the registration of the mark “Loch Moose Monstah,” according to a precedential order.

Tom & Martha LLC applied to register “Loch Moose Monstah” mark for use on canvas tote bags, cups, mugs, T-shirts, and other goods. Monster opposed the registration, saying consumers likely would be confused with its own “Monster” marks.
