Monos Travel Ltd. filed a federal lawsuit seeking Nex Travel LLC’s profits from sales of luggage products it says copy Monos’ patented designs and trade dress.
Monos, based in Vancouver, asked the court to block Nex from advertising, distributing, and selling products it alleges infringe US Patent No. D957,125 and copy the look and feel of Monos’ competing luggage, according to a complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
