Moderna, Alnylam Agree to End Vaccine-Delivery Patent Lawsuits

Moderna Inc. and Alnylam Pharmaceuticals Inc. reached a joint stipulation Thursday to resolve the latter’s lawsuits alleging patent infringement for technology used for Covid-19 vaccine delivery technology.

Both parties asked the US District Court for the District of Delaware to dismiss all of the claims in two lawsuits and close the cases without prejudice. It wasn’t immediately clear if a settlement agreement was reached in the matter. Neither party immediately responded to requests for comment.
