An arm of the Major League Baseball Players Association agreed to drop its right of publicity claims against Underdog Sports Inc., ending proceedings against the third of four gambling platforms it sued last fall.
MLB Players Inc., the union’s commercial licensing subsidiary, agreed to the dismissal of their claims with prejudice in a Monday filing in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
