MLB Again Asks Judge to Dismiss Dynamic-Ticketing Patent Suit

Major League Baseball’s digital media arm urged a New York federal court to throw out a lawsuit over dynamic ticketing technology, arguing the asserted patent should be voided because it “merely describes an idea.”
