Microsoft’s Bing, MSN Don’t Infringe Web Server Patents (1)

Microsoft‘s Windows Server, Bing, and MSN services don’t infringe patented technology that helps reduce web server traffic, the Federal Circuit said June 28.

A jury reasonably found a lack of evidence that Mircosoft’s Windows Server product, Bing search engine, and MSN service infringed Parallel Networks Licensing LLC’s two patents, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit said.
