Micron Technology Inc. urged a Delaware federal judge to keep its declaratory judgment action in her court and reject Netlist Inc.'s bid to dismiss or transfer the patent case to Texas, where it filed its own lawsuit against Micron.

Micron and Netlist filed competing suits against each other in Texas and Delaware on day same day—at least in the Eastern Time Zone—and so Judge Jennifer L.
