Micron Hit With Patent Suit Over Its Storage, Memory Products

Micron Technology Inc. and two of its units infringed multiple patents by creating storage devices and memory products, Nevada-based Palisade Technologies LLP alleged.

Products that Micron, Micron Semiconductor Products Inc., and Micron Technology Texas LLC created and imported utilized similar methods to those covered by US Patent Nos. 8,148,962; 8,996,838; 8,327,051; 9,281,314 and 9,524,974, according to a complaint filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas. The infringing Micron items include DRAM, NAND Flash, NOR Flash memory products and solid state storage devices and memory modules such as its LPDDR5 product. ...
