Craft stores Michaels, Hobby Lobby, and Party City beat claims that they infringed another craft maker’s trade dress by selling knockoffs of its products, in a ruling by a federal court in California.
On its third attempt, Crafty Products Inc. failed to prove that its products contained protectable trade dress, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California said Dec. 5.
