Michael Kors, MKP Fashion End Trademark Lawsuit Over ‘MK’ Logos

Michael Kors LLC and MKP Fashion Inc. agreed to end Kors’ trademark lawsuit accusing the California-based company of copying its “MK” circle logos and selling handbags with confusingly similar “M” marks.

The parties filed a stipulation of voluntary dismissal without prejudice on Monday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
