Michael Jordan Tequila Company Sued for Copyright Infringement

A photographer sued Cincoro Spirits Group, a tequila company partly owned by Michael Jordan, for infringing her copyrights by allegedly using several of her photos without a license.

An ad agency that refused to pay the commercial photographer, Anais Ganouna, for the rights supplied the photos to Cincoro, Ganouna alleged in a complaint filed May 4 in a California federal court.
