Meyer Hits SharkNinja With Patent Lawsuit Over Nesting Cookware

Meyer Corp. accused competitor SharkNinja Operating LLC of infringing a patent for stacking cookware with its Nest System set.

The set SharkNinja and SharkNinja Sales Co. sells uses a similar method to allow cookware lids to stack on top of each other to the one US Patent No. RE50150 covers, according to the complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Central District of California. Cookware distributor Meyer and Meyer Intellectual Properties Ltd said the product infringes US Patent No. RE50150.
