Mexican Clothing Company Loses ‘Cuadra’ Alcohol Trademark Bid

Tequila Cuadra S. de RL de CV thwarted a Mexican rival’s “Cuadra” trademark application by showing the clothes and footwear company failed to indicate an intent to use it, a US trademark tribunal ruled Thursday.
