Meta’s petition to have the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit transfer Immersion Corp.'s suit against the tech giant to California federal court failed to show that the lower court judge’s venue decision was made “without any basis,” Judge Alan D. Lourie wrote in the panel’s five-page order filed Monday.
