An IT company hit
Facebook, Instagram, and X—formerly known as Twitter— use similar methods to Sterling Computers Corp.'s US Patent No. 7,716,217 to filter posts and messages with systems that determine the relevancy for users, the South Dakota-basedcompany said in similar but separate lawsuits filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas.
