SimpleNursing LLC failed to notify subscribers it transmitted unencrypted, uniquely-identifiable profiles to Meta via Meta Pixel, a tool for targeted advertising, according to a proposed class action filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the District of Delaware. The company should pay $2,500 to each person impacted, the suit said.
