Meta Hit With Trademark Suit by Game Maker Over Threads Logo

Appsoleut Coders LLP, an Indian mobile game developer doing business as Appsoleut Games, sued Meta Platforms Inc., alleging trademark infringement and unfair competition through the logo of its Threads social media platform.
