Members Only Clothing Co.'s corporate parent JR Apparel World LLC sued golf clothing company Trendy Golf USA, alleging it uses the trademark “No Members” to sell goods that are identical or similar to Members Only goods.
JR Apparel alleges that Trendy Golf’s use of the mark “No Members” in connection with goods similar to those sold by Members Only “will likely cause consumer confusion and dilute the distinctive quality” of the Members Only mark, according to the complaint filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
