Joseph Braunreuther has joined McCarter & English as a partner in the Newark, N.J., office, the firm said Tuesday.
Braunreuther previously worked for Johnson & Johnson in a number of roles, including deputy general counsel, general counsel to the pharmaceutical division, and global head of the litigation department, according to McCarter & English.
He will focus on litigation, arbitration, and mediation, McCarter & English said.
