DataCloud Technologies LLC alleged in Texas federal court that McAfee LLC created and sold computer and mobile security products that infringe methods and technology of several of its patents.
McAfee’s Android app, website infrastructure, web gateway and network security platform use methods and technology similar to those covered by six DataCloud patents , the company alleged in a complaint filed on Tuesday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
