Redfin Corp.’s virtual tours of real estate properties don’t infringe four Surefield patents for 3D modeling technology, a federal jury in Texas ruled Tuesday—the same day Matterport Inc., provider of Redfin’s tech, asked another court for a judgment that it doesn’t infringe those and a related patent.
