Megamen Moving & Storage LLC, a Massachusetts-based company, says Mega Man Moving LLC infringed its trademarks and has been telling customers that the two companies are associated, according to a new complaint.
“In the moving industry, companies rely on their online presence and customer feedback in order to gain and retain customers,” the complaint filed in the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts on Tuesday says.
