Masimo Fights Apple Bid to Continue Selling Watch During Appeal

Apple Inc. had nearly three years to anticipate an import ban of its flagship watches stemming from a patent-infringement claim, and shouldn’t be rewarded with a license to continue selling the devices during its appeal of orders barring their sale, Masimo Corp. said in a court filing.
