Maryland Distillery Sues Shoe Marketplace Over ‘GOAT’ Trademark

Suburban Maryland distillery Trippy Goat LLC accused the owner of online sneaker marketplace GOAT of “trademark bullying” by misusing its trademarks, including by filing a meritless opposition to the spirits company’s registration application at the US Patent and Trademark Office.
