A photographer who owns the copyrights of a head shot of Mary Trump, the niece of former president Donald Trump, will settle a lawsuit with the photo wire service Zuma Press Inc., which allegedly sold the image without a license.
Peter Serling and Zuma have reached a settlement in principle, according to an order from the US District Court for the Southern District of New York on Wednesday.
An attorney for Serling said the resolution was confidential.
