Pop diva Mariah Carey may be known as the “Queen of Christmas,” but another recording artist is challenging her bid to trademark the seasonal title.
Singer-songwriter Elizabeth Chan filed an opposition Friday to the trademark application seeking to register the mark “Queen of Christmas” through Carey’s company Lotion LLC for a wide variety of products including music, perfume, sanitary masks, and milk.
