Man Can Continue Challenge of New York Firearm Time Requirements

A New York man established standing in his attempt to enjoin New York City officials from enforcing allegedly unconstitutional barriers to obtaining a concealed carry license.

Attorney Jonathan Corbett was able to establish Article III standing in his constitutional challenge to New York Mayor Eric Adams and New York Police Department personnel, Judge Lorna G.
