The owners of two wizard-themed bars settled a dispute over trademarks and a nondisclosure agreement, according to a filing in Los Angeles federal court.
The Magic of Things Ltd. owns magic-themed bars called “The Cauldron” in New York, London, Edinburgh, and Dublin, where patrons can “wear robes and brew potions with molecular mixology and technologically responsive magic wands,” according to its February complaint.
The complaint said Magic of Things met with Viral Ventures Pty Ltd. about collaborating on new locations.
