A South Carolina-based fashion week producer is suing a luxury accessory brand doing business in Texas for infringement over the trademark “Dallas Fashion Week,” seeking to stop the company from using it.
The Bureau Fashion Week LLC and The Society Fashion Week sued Nataliya Nova LLC on Thursday over its application to register the mark “Dallas Fashion Week,” which the plaintiffs—collectively doing business as “The Society"— claimed they have been using since 2016 to “identify and distinguish” their services.
