Integral Wireless Technologies LLC filed patent infringement allegations against Luminator Technology Group Global LLC over the creation and sale of transit recorders, tablets, and cameras utilizing wireless communications methods.
Luminator’s products, including the RoadRunner Pro System and RoadRunner 360 camera used by bus and rail transit systems, infringe six patents, according to a complaint filed Monday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Integral Wireless said the transit tech manufacturer imports the accused products into the US and instructs customers on how to use the products to infringe.
