Information technology firm Lumen21 Inc. filed a trademark lawsuit against Lumen Technologies Inc., four and a half years after telecommunications company CenturyLink Inc. adopted the new brand.
Consumers and others in the IT services industry have experienced actual confusion due to Lumen Technologies’ infringement, Lumen21’s complaint filed Friday in the US District Court for the Central District of California said.
