A Florida federal judge dismissed Lottery.com Inc.'s trade secrets lawsuit against two founders of a company it bought because the embattled company failed to obtain new attorneys by a court-set deadline.
John Brier Jr. and Bin Tu moved to dismiss the suit Tuesday after Lottery.com missed a Feb. 24 deadline to hire new counsel after Womble Bond Dickinson LLP withdrew in January due to “irreconcilable differences” with the gambling technology firm.
