Two original members of the Los Originales De San Juan band and their record label, Hyphy Inc., are suing a third original member of the band for false advertising, breach of fiduciary duty, and trademark violations.
Domingo Torres, Alfonso Vargas, and Jesus Chavez Sr. are the three surviving members of the band. Hyphy, Torres, and Vargas filed suit Thursday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of California.
