‘Look’ Bike Company Gets ‘Blooke’ Trademark Canceled for Fraud

Look Cycle International convinced a trademark tribunal to cancel a Chinese bike parts seller’s “Blooke” registration because it was acquired with evidence containing fake addresses and a made-up bike show.
