Live Nation Subsidiary Sues Club Owners Over Deal Breakdown

A subsidiary of Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. is fighting to get the intellectual property it says its owed under a settlement agreement with the owners of Miami-based concert venue Factory Town.

Insomniac Holdings LLC agreed pay SDC Holdings LLC $2.9 million to own the Factory Town brand, but the club owners have repeatedly tried to back out of the buy-out deal they signed in July,
