LIV Golf, Mickelson Team Hit With Trademark Infringement Suit

LIV Golf Inc. is facing a trademark infringement suit by the producer of Fallen brand apparel and footwear, alleging one of its teams, Hy Flyers GC is using a ‘nearly identical’ logo.

The suit also names Hy Flyers as a defendant—a team captained by Phil Mickelson.

Cool Brands Supply SA alleges it’s the owner of the trademark, which “has been in use since 2003" in connection with Fallen brand skateboard apparel.
