Littler Mendelson, CWC Agree to Settlement in Copyright Lawsuit

Labor and employment law firm Littler Mendelson PC agreed to settle a lawsuit that alleged its employees misused more than 2,100 pages of copyrighted materials from the nonprofit Center for Workplace Compliance, according to an order from a Virginia federal court.

Littler and the CWC made an agreement resolving the dispute, according to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, which dismissed all claims with prejudice. The parties also agreed to pay their own attorneys’ fees.

Attorneys for Littler and CWC didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment on details of the settlement.
