Littler Mendelson Adds Shareholder Cardin to New York Office

Kelly Cardin has joined Littler Mendelson’s New York office as a shareholder in the firm’s employment litigation and wage and hour practices, the firm said Tuesday.

Cardin represents employers in a range of employment-related disputes, and handles cases involving complex employment law issues, according to Littler.

She defends employers in class cases involving wage and hour issues, including those related to pay frequency claims under New York state labor law, the firm said.

She joins the firm from Ogletree Deakins.
