Parabellum Capital LLC accused a financial services company of unfairly capitalizing on its namesake to boost sales.
The major commercial litigation funder filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against Parabellum Capital Inc. July 19 in the US District Court for the District of Colorado. The latter company’s identical name suggests an “intentional effort” to falsely align its services with the well-known firm, the suit said.
