Limelight Networks Warned of Contempt Ruling in LG Patent Case

An Arizona federal court appeared ready to hold Limelight Networks Inc. in contempt for refusing to provide documents and testimony in a Texas patent dispute involving LG Electronics Inc.

The U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona said Thursday that Limelight’s failure to comply with court orders has “wasted this Court’s time,” and demanded it explain why it shouldn’t be held in contempt for “bad-faith litigation tactics.”
