Lenovo Says Asustek Infringed Patents By Selling Laptops

Lenovo Inc. sued Asustek Computer Inc. alleging it infringed four patents by creating and selling a line of ASUS laptops in the US.

Lenovo said ASUS’ Zenbook Pro and Flip laptops use similar technology as those in US Patent Nos. 10,952,203; 7,792,066; 7,760,189; and 8,687,354. Asustek, ASUS’ parent company, induced others to infringe the patents by marketing the products and providing instructional materials and product guides, according to the company.
