LegalForce Inc. and LegalZoom.com Inc. settled a dispute concerning LegalForce’s “Trademarkia” trademark, according to a court order in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
LegalForce operates Trademarkia.com, which lets users search and monitor trademarks. LegalForce argued LegalZoom bought the domain LegalZoomTrademarkia.com and used it to divert traffic from LegalForce’s site.

The terms of the settlement are confidential, the order says.
Judge Maxime M. Chesney wrote the Oct. 4 order.
