The family of late NFL quarterback Dwayne Haskins Jr. sued his widow, seeking a declaratory judgment that they can use his name, image, and likeness on social media without infringing his right to publicity.
Haskins’ parents and sister have “experienced constant harassment” from Kalabrya Haskins, who has misapplied Pennsylvania’s right of publicity statute against them, they said in a complaint filed July 31 in the US District Court for the Western District in Pennsylvania.
