L3 Sues EOTech for Night Vision Patent After Scope Business Sale

A L3Harris Technologies Inc. unit sued EOTech LLC in Delaware, claiming the weapons accessories manufacturer is wrongly refusing to return a night vision patent it mistakenly received when it bought a rifle scope business from the defense technology giant.

The lawsuit accuses EOTech, a Koucar Management LLC affiliate, of breaching a “wrong pockets” provision in the asset purchase agreement that requires both companies to honor “reasonable post-closing requests to take corrective action.” Koucar isn’t named as a defendant.
