A Los Angeles-based designer known for women’s clothing decorated with crystal rhinestones says Khloe Kardashian purchased and then copied their signature item—bedazzled bodysuits.
According to a suit filed in California state court May 29, Kardashian’s clothing company, Good American, released a line of bodysuits, using designs copied from dbleudazzled LLC, a company owned by fashion designer Destiny Bleu Lewis.
Kardashian’s new bodysuits bore a striking resemblance to those designed by Lewis, and featured in Sports Illustrated as well as the social media feeds of well known celebrities, the suit alleges.
