Kim Kardashian and interior design studio Clements Design Inc. were hit with a lawsuit alleging the interior design firm created knockoff Donald Judd furniture pieces that Kardashian promoted as authentic in a YouTube video.
The Judd Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving the furniture designer’s legacy after his 1994 death, says it offered to replace the inauthentic pieces in the video and asked Kardashian to put out a retraction after several media outlets picked up the story but she declined.
