Kaneka Secures Patent-Damages Trial Over Dietary Supplements

Dietary supplements made and sold by Designs For Health Inc. infringe a Kaneka Corp. patent covering a method for stabilizing reduced CoQ10, an antioxidant naturally produced in the human body, a federal judge ruled, setting the stage for a damages trial.
