Juul Wins Bid to Freeze Eonsmoke’s Assets in Trademark Dispute

A federal judge granted Juul’s request to freeze the assets of closely held Eonsmoke, saying Juul had shown a likelihood of success of an infringement claim and that the profits derived from infringement “far surpass the remaining assets held by Eonsmoke.”
